Slow Motion - Fast Motion

Wonder if it is possible to have "Slow Motion" On the server, so a little slow'd be cool. and thought that you can turn off and turn on the course would suit when to put a ramp then the fighter who would also be fun: D And when you run.

OR

"Fast  Motion" when you can run really fast would be fun
