Ban for no reason

Hi, I'm Madis_Smith in SAMP.
I have never cheated in any server and this is my first ban.
Can you please unban me as all I did is pressing Enter multiple times to get into locked car (yeah, I know it's impossible but still tried).
My ban id is 67.

Anyway, can you please add a feature to lock a car to everyone but yourself? It would prevent my current ban and make locking much easier to other players too :)
